Part 1 of a Two-part Class
(2 x 1 hour, a few weeks apart)

Don’t just learn how to deal with your emotions. Learn how to resolve them so that you can live free and empowered.

This training will allow you to resolve your emotional patterns at anytime on your own. You will learn how to resolve your reactions any time, any place. It will free you from restricting emotional patterns and you will gain full authority of your emotional life.

The class will focus on the Emotional Resolution protocol itself, with examples and explanations. Upon completion, participants will be able to self-resolve their own emotional difficulties in the moment and as they arise in their life.

No previous experience or knowledge is required. No personal information or stories need be shared in this public meeting. It is a safe space to come learn and take away skills to practice on your own.

A two-week break before Part 2 class allows students to practice, practice, practice. Experience will help them discover what they missed in first training and where they need refinement.
